These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Bomb Man Duel Arena (the “Game”), developed and operated by Abid Nawaz (the “Developer”, “we”, “us”). By installing or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Game except where the law expressly permits it.
2. Your account
The Game creates anonymous accounts tied to your device — see the Privacy Policy. Before online services start, you must choose one of the age ranges shown in the Game. You are responsible for the device you play on. Progress, virtual currency, and purchases are attached to those anonymous accounts and may be lost if the Game is uninstalled or the device is reset; we cannot guarantee recovery of anonymous accounts. You may request deletion of server-side account data through Contact Support.
3. Rules of conduct
When playing the Game you agree not to:
- cheat, use bots, exploits, automation, modified clients, or interfere with the game servers or other players’ connections;
- choose a display name, or upload an avatar image, that is offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, impersonates another person, or infringes someone else’s rights;
- harass or abuse other players through friends, lobby, or direct-message chat, or attempt to bypass chat restrictions;
- buy, sell, or trade accounts, coins, or gems outside the Game;
- use the Game for any unlawful purpose.
We may remove content, reset names or avatars, suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
4. Virtual currency, items, and ads
Coins, gems, characters, skins, frames, and other in-game items are virtual items with no real-world value. They are licensed to you, not sold; you have no property interest in them. Virtual items are non-transferable, non-refundable except where required by law or by the app store you obtained the Game from, and cannot be exchanged for money. We may change the price, availability, or effect of virtual items at any time as part of balancing and operating the Game.
The Game may show optional rewarded video ads and limited interstitial ads on supported mobile platforms. Ad treatment depends on your selected age range and applicable consent choices described in the Privacy Policy. Rewarded ads grant in-game rewards only after completion. Some automatic interstitial ads may be suppressed if you own an ad-free entitlement.
5. User content
Display names, avatar photos, and chat messages you provide remain yours, but you grant us the right to display them inside the Game to other players as part of the service (for example in matches, chat, and, for eligible players, on the leaderboard). You are responsible for the content you provide.
6. Availability and changes
The Game is a live online service. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any feature (including online matchmaking, the leaderboard, social features, and advertising) at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Game will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost progress, lost virtual items, or lost data, arising out of or relating to the Game. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Game in the twelve months preceding the claim (or, if you paid nothing, ten US dollars).
9. Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. You may also request deletion of server-side account data through Contact Support. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms. Sections 4–8 survive termination.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this page, and the effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
